Shipping Policy
Shipping:
We offer standard shipping within New Zealand through NZ Post for most deliveries. All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the item and the destination. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or duty fees that may be charged for international orders.
Order Dispatch:
- All orders are dispatched from our Auckland Warehouse.
- We aim to dispatch your order the same day via NZ Post Courier (orders must be received & paid before 4PM).
- Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or Regional/National Holiday will be dispatched the next business day.
- Tracking details are automatically emailed once your order has been packed.
IMPORTANT: Due to the fact that Furtune 8 uses a courier service, if the courier tries to deliver your parcel and nobody is able to sign for it, they will leave a calling card for you to call and organize a date the parcel can be re-delivered. Upon this point, it is solely up to the customer to organize with the courier. PLEASE NOTE: If you have given Furtune 8 the Authority To Leave, and the parcel goes missing, it is not the responsibility of Regent Co. to reimburse the customer for loss of goods.
